William H. Eckert


Bill is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Louisiana. Bill's practice is concentrated in general liability, professional liability, auto/transportation, commercial litigation, insurance agent malpractice defense, fraud, workers compensation, admiralty and maritime torts in state and federal court. Bill has tried cases throughout Louisiana and Mississippi including federal court in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette and in district and city courts in Orleans Parish, Jefferson Parish, St. Charles Parish, St. John Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, Terrebonne Parish, Franklin Parish, Rapides Parish, Natchitoches Parish, St. Bernard Parish, Jackson County (MS), and Hinds County (MS). Bill has handled appeals to the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Michael J. Tarleton


Mike is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Louisiana. His practice concentrates on casualty, automobile liability, premises liability, workers compensation, commercial litigation, timber and federal practice. He has handled state litigation in circuit and county courts in Mississippi; district and parish courts in Louisiana; and city, justice of the peace and administrative/workers' compensation courts in both states. He has litigated cases in the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi; and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana. He has handled appeals in each of the Courts of Appeal for Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, the Mississippi Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Dan Collarini

Dan has been practicing for twelve years in Louisiana and has represented insurance companies in litigation for automobile accident, personal injury, property damage, construction defect, insurance coverage, workers compensation, contract disputes, and errors & omissions claims.  Dan has also represented hospitals, nurses, and physicians in litigation for medical malpractice claims, interdictions, and hospital governance claims.   Dan has represented clients in State and Federal Court, and has represented clients before arbitration panels in Louisiana.

Roy A. Nowell, Jr.

Roy is licensed in Mississippi.  Roy’s practice is concentrated in general liability, auto/transportation, insurance defense and workers compensation in state and federal court.  Roy has tried numerous cases in Mississippi in state and administrative courts.  Roy was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, on August 20, 1977.  He attended the University of Mississippi, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science in 1999. Roy graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2002.

Roy previously practiced in Jackson, Mississippi and Laurel, Mississippi before moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi state courts, federal district courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
